September 11, 2025 – Dine Alone Records is proud to announce the signing of Computer, a seven-piece experimental rock band from Vancouver whose unconventional sound and high-energy live shows have quickly made them one of Canada’s most exciting new acts. Computer began as a recording project between lifelong friends Hudson Schelesny and Ben Lock, who bonded over a love of chaotic and nuanced songwriting that refused to fit neatly into the structures of a traditional rock band. As the music evolved, so did the project: the duo expanded into a seven-piece collective, embracing a wider range of instrumentation with saxophone, synths, and layered percussion that pushed their songs into thrilling, uncharted territory.
Since the seven-piece was formed, the band has played 35 shows, including a tour in Eastern Canada and appearances at Sled Island and Khatsalano Festival. This fall, Computer is going to perform at Left of the Dial and tour in the UK and Europe.
This fall, Computer will bring their explosive live show overseas with a run of dates at Left of the Dial Festival and their first UK and European tour.
Stay tuned for new music and tour updates from Computer coming soon via Dine Alone Records.
