ALEXISONFIRE gets ready to unleash OLD CROWS / YOUNG CARDINALS!

Dine Alone Records announces today that the label will release OLD CROWS / YOUNG CARDINALS, the fourth full-length disc from Juno-award winning ALEXISONFIRE. The St. Catharines, Ontario-based quintet have set an early Summer 2009 release for the highly anticipated follow-up to the band’s Platinum-selling album CRISIS which debuted at #1 on the Top 200 Soundscan Chart in Canada.

OLD CROWS / YOUNG CARDINALS was recorded at Armoury Studios (Vancouver, BC) and Silo Recordings (Hamilton, ON) and is co-produced by Alexisonfire alongside Julius “Juice” Butty who produced WATCH OUT! and CRISIS. Legendary Nick Blagona also engineered the album at the Armoury Studio sessions.

OLD CROWS / YOUNG CARDINALS will be released in Canada, Australia, and South Africa on Dine Alone, and Vagrant in the US. Information on other international territory releases will be announced at a later date.

Alexisonfire has been added to the line-up at Warped Tour (dates TBA), and will perform on the main stage at Edgefest, June 20th at Downsview Park. Updated tour dates and an exclusive daily studio blog can be viewed on the Alexisonfire Myspace.
